If a payment is not received on the due date, we will notify both you and your Guarantor as soon as we are aware. You will both be informed that you have three days of grace until we try to collect a failed payment from you again.
If our second attempt to collect the due payment fails, we will then proceed to collect this and a £30 missed payment fee from your Guarantor.
This ensures that the Guarantor is kept up to date on the state of the account.
