Click ‘FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?' in the 'LOG IN' section and then type in the email address you used to apply for your loan. Once you click 'RESET PASSWORD' we will email you a link where you can reset your password (this could go into your spam or junk folder, so make sure you check them).
When you've reset your password, use the email address you used to apply for your loan and your new password to log in to your USER ACCOUNT.
