You cannot apply for a loan using the New Loan feature if any of the following circumstances apply to you:

• You have a loan with us that is in default, frozen or has been written off or you have not successfully completed a loan taken out with us previously;
• You have an active 7 Day Loan;
• You have an active Flexi Loan that you have not yet paid 2 months of repayments on it; or
• You have an active Long Term Loan that you have not yet paid 6 months of repayments on it or at least £1,000 of the principal amount.

Even if none of the above apply to you, your outstanding loans cannot at any time exceed:

• One 7 Day Loan;
• A total of £750 of principal outstanding in Flexi Loans; and
• A total of £8,000 of principal outstanding in Long Term Loans.
