Your first payment date cannot be changed, so please make sure you consider this carefully.

The option to change your payment date is not available for the 7 Day Loan.

You can't change your payment date on the same day your next payment is due.

If you have a Flexi Loan you can only change your payment date once during the duration of your Loan and if you have a Long Term Loan you can only change your payment date three times during the duration of your Loan and only once in any three month period.

If your Loan is Frozen, In Default or subject to any dispute or negotiation with us or you have been requested to provide us with updated, correct or replacement debit card details or any other details, information or documents and you have not responded to such reasonable requests, you won't be able to change your payment date and will be denied such a request.
